Clean Lakeview Cottage
This cozy, fresh cabin has Higgins Lake views, very close road-end beach/water access and is just a quick walk to Sam-O-Set Park & Beach and Good Times Party Store! The extra large lot has plenty of space for your boat trailer. Enjoy your breakfast looking at the lake! Take a few steps down to the road end beach and spend your day sunbathing and wading WAY out in the shallow, clear water. Launch your kayak here if you would like! Round out your evening with a bonfire out back!
Good to know
Higgins Lake views from both downstairs living room and upstairs. Clean, bright, rejuvenated cottage. Laminate floors throughout. High-quality, queen size beds; two queen beds in the loft and one queen in the bedroom downstairs. Leather sofa and loveseat, dining table, full kitchen with cookware and dishes, flat screen tv, electric fireplace, Bose Bluetooth sound bar, central air/heat, coffee maker, charcoal grill and fire pit.
House Rules
No smoking. No pets. Please be mindful of excessive water use as much as possible; we are on a septic system near the lake. It is your responsibility to bag your trash and place in the container outside upon checkout. Please make sure container is near curb for garbage pickup on Tuesday.
Other Details to Note
To launch boats (to be removed from the water daily), you may utilize one of the many boat launches on the lake; including the West Higgins Lake Boat Launch four minutes from the cottage. Pets and smoking are not allowed on this property. Slightly narrow doorways and staircase in cottage. Most won’t have an issue but worth mentioning.
